Elina Safanieva, Ambassador
Elina, our Ambassador is the first and last friendly face you’ll see when you visit our practice. With a background in Customer Service, Elina has perfected the art of keeping our patient flow running smoothly while effortlessly being a social butterfly. Elina studied Human Biology and Psychology at San Francisco City College and hopes to become a Registered Nurse. Giving back to the community and caring for her family plays an integral role in Elina’s life. She has volunteered services at numerous charities in the Bay Area and most enjoys providing mentorship to children.
In her spare time, Elina enjoys incorporating inspiration from San Francisco’s diversity in to her culinary concoctions, Bikram Yoga, travel, and taking hikes with her dog Harlem.

Darlene Dana, Aesthetic Patient Care Coordinator
Darlene Dana-Arbios is an experienced licensed Aesthetician who loves to make people look and feel their best. She’s passionate about skincare, wellness and everything beauty. Her purpose is to ensure every patient feels heard and has received the ultimate best care and treatment plan unique to their individual concerns.
In her free time, Darlene enjoys traveling the world and trying new foods, hanging out in San Francisco parks and beaches reading a good book and taking care of her house plants.

Yesenia Martinez, Lead Aesthetic Patient Care Coordinator
Yesenia is passionate about the aesthetics and everything beauty. She loves to help people feel their most glamorous self. Yesenia is a licensed cosmetologist, with a focus in skincare. Ensuring every patient is well taken care of, and promoting a delightful experience is what she is all about!
In her free time, Yesenia enjoys discovering new California beach towns, absorbing sun rays and making a splash- But not without her sunscreen of course.

Diana Montoya, GCC Medical Assistant I
Diana is our Admin Assist/Medical Assistant she will give
you your first warm and cheerful welcome to the start of your
new journey to surgery. She is also an inspiring Certified
Medical Assistant who’s working her way up to perfecting her
craft in patient care. Diana’s pronoun is She/Her.
Diana is a world traveler, she spends her free time enjoying the
outdoors and keeping up with her passion for fashion so she can
deliver her service in style.

Eric Henderson, GCC Lead Medical Assistant II
Eric exemplifies what being a Medical Assistant truly is. Eric has a sincere passion for patient care including a highly effective understanding of what it takes to genuinely connect with every patient that he sees. With 13 years of clinical experience, Eric’s dedication to patient education along with a commitment to excellence will help make your visit with us a memorable experience.
In Eric’s spare time, he loves to visit AT&T Park (GO GIANTS), play video games, and perform the National Anthem at local major sporting events.

Nelly Maltez, Surgery Coordinator / Patient Coordinator
Nelly is our patient coordinator and surgical coordinator, born in San Francisco and raised in the
bay area. She studied business at UC Berkeley and is now pursuing a career in medicine,
specifically reconstructive surgery. She is excited about being a part of the team to continue to
learn how to provide the best in patient care and experiences. In her leisure time Nelly loves to
travel and is passionate about health and fitness. She is also a foodie, avidly searching for the
newest foodie finds in SF.

Kiana Ambris, Surgery Coordinator / Patient Coordinator Lead
Kiana’s main focus as Surgery Coordinator is to provide every patient with an amazing and attentive experience. Realizing that surgery is a pivotal life decision, Kiana takes pride in nurturing a relaxing environment where patients can feel at ease by her informative approach. She is also a Registered Medical Assistant and loves playing a key role in being able to care for, and build relationships with those she comes in contact with.
In Kiana’s free time she enjoys spending time with family and close friends, indulging in the outdoors, and expanding her palette of favorite foods.

Charity Rose, Director of Communications
Charity Rose is a trans non-binary individual with a passion for providing wellness and care for those who would otherwise be unable to attain. With 8 years of non-profit management experience, they were looking to grow professionally in a space where they could be seen and understood. Working for the Gender Confirmation Center of San Francisco is a perfect combination of finding safety for themself and being able to extend it to others in the community. Charity manages a variety of trans health improvement projects in addition to coordinating gender education conferences for Dr. Scott Mosser. They are honored to have the privilege to extend their knowledge of trans healthcare and wellness in order to shed light upon issues affecting the community today.
Originally a flat lander, they moved to California for the mountains and ocean. In their free time they can be found trail running in the East Bay Parks, admiring other people's dogs, and reading.

Louise Bisby, Registered Nurse (RN)
Louise is a Registered Nurse with an extensive training in the Arts, lending her an artistic eye for proportion and distinct attention to detail. With a unique background in medicine, fashion, and the arts, Louise understands aesthetic balance and harmony while truly valuing individualized patient care.
Louise prides herself in patient connection and quality service. She partners with patients in developing a personalized treatment plan specific to their individualized needs—helping patients to look and feel the best refreshed version of themselves.
Outside of work, Louise can be found spending time with friends and family, creating art, sewing, or making something new.
Rachel Kalter, Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Rachel is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing for 5 five years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from New York University and her MSPA from Western University of Health Sciences. On top of her diverse background in medicine, she has always been drawn to aesthetic medicine attending trainings in advanced injection techniques from leading brands.
Rachel sees aesthetic medicine as a unique niche that combines her two passions: medicine and art. She leads with a collaborative effort with her patients to achieve a natural result and is dedicated to helping her patients feel beautiful, confident and secure.
In her free time Rachel is taking out the cats, dog or horse and painting. She has also recently taken up cooking.

Sally E. Sherrard, Clinical Manager / Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Sally is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic dermatology and plastic surgery. She completed her master’s in medical science from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. Sally has over six years of clinical experience.
Sally aims to have her patients feeling gorgeous, confident, and empowered when they leave the office. She has extensive experience with injectibles and lasers and can personalize a treatment plan tailored to her patient’s desires and expectations. Sally takes great care to educate patients about how our procedures and products work and clearly explains what to expect.
In her free time, Sally likes hanging with her husband and two fluffy cats, working out at Barry’s Bootcamp, and traveling to new cities. She is a volunteer at the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. She moved to the Bay Area two years ago and is always on the hunt for a great restaurant, so be sure to give her a recommendation!

Genevieve Lau, Azala Manager
Genevieve has over seven years in marketing and professional development working on some of the biggest brands in the world. With a passion for skincare and beauty, she recently became a licensed esthetician and wanted to find a way to combine her professional background and passion. As the manager for Azala, she is dedicated to the growth of the practice and the individuals who work so hard to make Azala a special place.
As a native San Franciscan, she loves to explore the food scene and local parks. In her free time, she is also a classically trained musician so you can find her singing while exploring all the secret spots San Francisco has to offer.

Georgina Sanchez, Surgery Manager
Georgina has worked in the Aesthetic Industry for over 10 years. Her career started off as an Esthetician and Makeup Artist but her interest in Medical Aesthetics motivated her to receive a Bachelor in Health Care Administration and a Medical Assisting Degree. Working in Plastic and Cosmetic Dermatology has been the perfect fit for her. As the Azala Ambassador, Georgina’s personable approach with patients makes them feel at ease with her warm and friendly energy. She currently serves as a “go-to” person due to in depth knowledge of cosmetic treatments and skincare.
On her free time she enjoys visiting museums with her two boys who share her interests in Astronomy and Art History.

Andria Baltodano, Vice President
Our Practice Administrator, Andria, has been a professional in the medical & aesthetic field for the past seven years. During this time, she has had the privilege of building relationships with patients from all over the world. Andria is very dedicated to the overall patient experience in our office. She has had a part in hand-selecting each member of our staff and she takes great pride in the service each one provides. Her compassion for others shines through in every patient interaction.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Andria knows all the hidden gems that San Francisco has to offer. When she’s not spending time with family or friends, you can find her out on the town dancing Salsa or practicing her Argentine Tango.

Dr. Scott Mosser, Board-certified Plastic Surgeon
Scott W. Mosser, MD began his career in Medicine as a Fulbright Scholar to Ecuador, where he spent a year investigating the Ecuadorian healthcare system. He is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX) and Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH), where he completed his internship and six years of comprehensive general and plastic surgery training. This was followed by a year-long fellowship dedicated to cosmetic surgery, during which time he perfected his techniques in facial and body cosmetic surgery.
